| I wasn't unhappy with my last tire guys (Orange and Pine)and switched to you because my boyfriend helped me buy my last set of tires thru you. I no longer have the boyfriend but I still have you! Love Roemers! Professional, on-the-spot service, they go beyond duty with little extras when I need them. I appreciate not waiting at the counter-someone's job is to greet me and take care of me right away (and she does it damn well, and can talk tires). They are friendly. They let me bring my geriatric dog inside (let him wander aimlessly, and give him cookies) and I can use wifi while I'm waiting. Thanks Roemers! |

| I am always very happy with my service at Roemer's, and have never felt overcharged or that unnecessary work has been done or even recommended. I have also been somewhat amazed at the breadth of repair services Roemer's can do. For the most part, it is a "one-stop-shop". It is also very convenient for me since I work in Downtown Missoula. |

| Roemer's Tire Factory was great! They did a wheel alignment for our vehicle. It only took them about 1 hour, like they said it would. They were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the ride they gave me to work when I dropped off our car, and then they came and picked me up when I was done with work to bring me back to their shop! Our vehicle drives so much better! The steering wheel doesn't shake anymore and our tires are happy! Thank you Roemer's! |

| Really great place. I've had trouble with many places in the past trying to rip me off. I discovered it was because I am a young female and alone, they would talk down to me as if I was an incapable human. It got so ridiculous that I had to bring a man with me every time to prevent it. Roemers though is considerate, honest and friendly and they do a great job. I recommend them to everyone |
