| While traveling through the Missoula, Mt area, I thought I had a problem with my vehicle brakes. I called Roemer's and they were able to schedule a brake inspection within a couple of hours. They completed a brake inspection and advised me of the findings. I was able to continue on my trip without having to worry about brake issues. Customer service is top notch. I was given a detailed invoice of what was done and the condition of my brakes. Prior to leaving on this trip, I purchased new tires and had my brakes inspected by the Tire Factory in Redding, Ca where I live. All is well. |

| I am very pleased with the Service at Roener's Tire Factory. I called them without notice and they accomodated an appointment that day after I got off work. They were courteous, replaced my headlight, checked my battery fluid, and made suggestions about problems with my air filter that I should tend to. |

| Five star rating I love the service at Roemer's fast friendly professional courteous my car is running really well.... she's old lots of miles and I am protective of her.... not a drop of oil spilled on the oil change (she smokes when it's not done correctly!) And you checked things for me; gave me great recommendations; repaired things for a fair price. Thankyou |

| I am impressed with how friendly and upbeat EJ and Jenni are. They seem to remember everyone as they walk in. I find this store to be very professional and trustworthy. I've been singing your praises on Facebook and in person to anyone who asks about local car service. I also really like Joe Tobol. He lets me know about things that need to be taken care of, but doesn't make me feel awful that I can't afford to do it all at once. He is clear with me on what is a priority and what can wait. I trust him without question. |

| I recently had my son's car towed from out of town to Roemer's for a diagnosis of the engine problem. The staff diagnosed the problem quickly, and everyone I dealt with was very professional. |
