I have had several automotive "emergencies" and they've responded by getting me in for service or made arrangements to mitigate the emergency. It is service like this that brings me back year after year. Great and knowledgeable staff. |

| I love these guys. I used to go to Costco because of the prices but Roemer's prices are very close and now I get excellent service by appointment as well. Jenny is great, when I bought new tires for my RX350, she told me about a sale happening the following week for buy 3 get 1 free and made it work for my purchase. I highly recommend Roemer's. |
