| As a young woman with very little automotive knowledge, I often find myself feeling very intimidated at auto shops. In addition to this, most of the interactions I've had with mechanics has been frustrating. I find that many professionals either speak to me with a condescending tone, or don't even bother to explain what was wrong with my car in the first place. I usually leave most transactions feeling embarrassed and confused. However, this was not my experience with Roemer's. I was treated with genuine kindness and I didn't feel like anyone was taking advantage of my lack of car savvy. I left feeling really good about myself and the work done on my car. New tires came with online-submittable rebate coupon, and a regular customer discount coupon came to inbox before appointment. Friendly reliable service people. Great location to leave car and take a walk around downtown while waiting. |
